Graduate Scholarship

We offer a 10% reduction in tuition fees to University of Hull, University of York and Hull York Medical School graduates joining one of our Postgraduate Taught Programmes for 2026 entry.

Postgraduate Taught Widening Access Scholarship

Two Postgraduate Taught Widening Access Scholarships for 2026 entry are available to UK applicants who meet our eligibility criteria. The value of each scholarship is £4,800 offered as a tuition fee discount.

Postgraduate Taught International Excellence Scholarship

We offer two Postgraduate Taught International Excellence Scholarships for 2026 entry to International applicants who meet our eligibility criteria. Each award offers a 20% tuition fee reduction in the total tuition fees for 2026 entry.

Intercalated Student Bursaries

Two Intercalated Student Bursaries are available to Medicine students from UK medical schools who wish to undertake an intercalated degree at Hull York Medical School in 2026.

Hull York Medical School Intercalated Student Bursaries

Two bursaries, awarding a 50% tuition fee reduction, are available to Hull York Medical School MB BS Medicine and MB BS Medicine with a Gateway Year students to undertake an intercalated degree at the School in 2026.

Reduced tuition fees

To support the professional development of the Hull York Medical School community – our staff, alumni and partners – we offer reduced tuition fees of up to 50% for our Health Professions Education programme.

Yorkshire and Humber Deanery funding (Health Professions Education)

Our Certificate in Health Professions Education is recognised by the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery as an approved route for GPs who are interested in becoming a GP trainer.
